4. TCPA Compliance & AI Calling

Recall Systems operates AI-powered calling systems on behalf of our clients. We take TCPA compliance seriously. When conducting calling campaigns using your customer data:

  • We require clients to confirm they have an established business relationship (EBR) with all contacts in their database, or that contacts have provided prior express written consent to receive calls and texts
  • We honor all do-not-call (DNC) requests promptly and maintain suppression lists
  • All AI-powered calls are conducted in compliance with applicable federal and state telemarketing laws
  • Clients bear responsibility for ensuring their customer lists comply with applicable consent requirements before submission to us

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: GoHighLevel (CRM and funnel platform), Retell AI (AI calling infrastructure), payment processors, and hosting providers — solely to deliver our services
  • Advertising platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms when managing ad campaigns on your behalf
  • Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Customer contact data you provide for calling campaigns is retained only for the duration of the active engagement and deleted upon written request or account termination.
